OurMacGuy is entrusted by
clients to always operate in a manner that has their best
interests in mind at all times. As a consultant, and
service provider, OurMacGuy is tasked with providing
customers with accurate, up-to-date, competent information
and solutions to improve the daily operation of their
business. OurMacGuy will always make every effort to uphold
the following standards, and bear these responsibilities:
• OurMacGuy will
conduct all work in an ethical manner so as to merit the
confidence of colleagues, clients and the public.
• OurMacGuy will
never misrepresent his skills or experience.
• OurMacGuy will
abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws with
regard
to the operation of business.
• OurMacGuy will
always honor all intellectual property rights and will
explain to
customers what their obligations may be.
• OurMacGuy will
only install and support fully and appropriately licensed
software.
• OurMacGuy will
comply with clients’ established business practices,
including
those policies relating to gifts and gratuities to client
employees.
• OurMacGuy will
complete all services for all clients in a professional and
timely
manner.
• OurMacGuy will
safeguard any and all confidential material or information
entrusted or disclosed by a client and will not divulge
confidential material
without the consent of the client.
• OurMacGuy will
strive to avoid improprieties as well as the appearance of
improprieties at all times.
• OurMacGuy will
always show respect for clients, consultants, and
competitors.
• OurMacGuy will
always provide equal and fair service to all, regardless of
race,
religion, color, sex, creed, age, marital status, sexual
orientation or national
origin.
• OurMacGuy will use
good judgment at all times.
